Radiant Affiliate Network — Advertising Responsibility and Records Agreement Version: 2026-09-30-v2 Operator: Radiant Media Business address: 14754 Bahama Swallow BLVD Winter Garden, Florida 34787 Contact: radiantmedia16@gmail.com Effective: 2026-09-30T18:08:42.000Z 1. Parties and scope This Advertising Responsibility and Records Agreement is between the network operator identified above (Network), operating Radiant Affiliate Network, and the legal person or business identified in the acceptance record (Affiliate). The signer represents that they are authorized to bind that Affiliate. This agreement governs advertising submitted or run after acceptance. It does not retroactively authorize earlier conduct or replace separately agreed offer and payment terms. 2. Written approval before launch Affiliate must obtain recorded approval from a Network administrator before running an advertisement. Approval is limited to the exact submitted version, including copy, images, video, claims, disclosures, landing page, traffic source, and targeting within the approved scope. Offer access, a working tracking link, payment of a commission, silence, and a pending submission are not creative approval. Material changes require a new submission and approval before use. Affiliate must stop affected advertising promptly when approval is withdrawn or the Network directs a pause. 3. Affiliate responsibility Affiliate is responsible for advertisements it creates, places, changes, or causes others to run, and for the conduct of its employees, contractors, and any permitted sub-affiliates acting on its behalf. Affiliate must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, contact-consent, intellectual-property, and platform requirements, as well as the offer rules. Affiliate must not use false or unsupported claims, fabricated testimonials, misleading government affiliation, concealed disclosures, fake leads, or unauthorized traffic. Running an unapproved advertisement or a materially altered approved advertisement is a material breach. Network review does not relieve Affiliate of these obligations or certify that an advertisement complies with every applicable law. 4. Responsibility for claims and losses To the extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliate will indemnify and hold the Network harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable, documented legal costs to the extent caused by Affiliate's unapproved advertising, unauthorized changes, breach of this agreement, or unlawful conduct. This obligation does not cover amounts attributable to the Network's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be allocated by contract. The Network will give prompt notice of a claim and a reasonable opportunity to cooperate. Neither party may settle a claim in a way that admits fault by, or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on, the other without that party's written consent. This provision does not bind regulators or consumers or prevent them from asserting claims against either party. 5. Advertising evidence and preservation Affiliate must keep accurate copies of each ad version and its disclosures, approval identifiers, live ad URLs or platform ad identifiers, landing pages, traffic sources, campaign dates, relevant substantiation, and records of consumer consent where Affiliate collects it. Affiliate must provide live-ad proof after launch and relevant records upon a reasonable Network request through an agreed secure channel. Affiliate must retain records for applicable legal and contractual retention periods and preserve relevant records when a complaint, investigation, or preservation notice is received. Do not delete or alter relevant evidence while a preservation obligation remains in effect. Do not upload unnecessary consumer personal information into the creative review area. 6. Complaints and investigations Affiliate must promptly notify the Network of a material advertising complaint, regulator inquiry, or platform enforcement action concerning its Network campaigns, unless disclosure is legally prohibited. Affiliate must reasonably cooperate with fact-finding, preservation, correction, and lawful requests for records. The Network may suspend affected traffic or withdraw creative or offer approval while investigating. Commission adjustments remain subject to the published offer, review, and dispute terms; this agreement does not automatically forfeit unrelated earned commissions. 7. Lawful disclosure of records Affiliate understands that the Network must comply with applicable legal obligations and valid legal process. The Network may also disclose relevant acceptance records, submitted materials, approval history, and campaign records to regulators, courts, legal advisers, affected buyers, or platforms when disclosure is lawfully permitted and reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, respond to an inquiry, enforce this agreement, or protect legal rights. Disclosures must respect applicable privacy, confidentiality, and privilege protections and be limited to relevant information. An informal contact alone does not require disclosure of every document. Nothing here waives privilege or replaces legal review of a request. 8. Electronic acceptance and records notice The Network records the signed-in account identifier and email, typed signer name and role, Affiliate legal name and address, server acceptance time, agreement version and complete text, document hash, and the exact acknowledgments accepted. The browser user-agent may be retained as supporting request metadata, not independent identity verification. Records are used to administer the affiliate relationship, document assent, investigate conduct, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties. Access is limited to the Affiliate and authorized Network personnel, subject to the lawful disclosures described above. A copy can be downloaded from the portal. Requests about these records may be sent to the operator contact above; legal preservation duties may limit deletion. 9. Changes and continuing obligations A changed agreement requires a new affirmative acceptance record; changing a profile does not change a prior signature. The version accepted remains available. Responsibility for conduct during the agreement and related preservation, cooperation, and indemnification obligations survive termination to the extent applicable. Nothing in this agreement eliminates the Network's own legal duties, promises immunity from enforcement, or restricts lawful reports to regulators. Required acknowledgments I will run only the exact ads, disclosures, landing pages, and traffic sources approved by a Radiant administrator. Material changes require a new approval. I accept responsibility for my advertising and unauthorized changes, including the limited indemnification obligations in this agreement. Approval does not excuse unlawful conduct. I will preserve advertising and consent records, cooperate with legitimate investigations, and understand that relevant records may be disclosed when required or otherwise lawfully permitted as described in this agreement. I have read and agree to this agreement, intend my typed name and submission to be my electronic signature, and am authorized to bind the legal person or business named below.
